Summary. The apps published by Quentin Menini do not collect, store, or share any personal data on our servers. No account is required. No third-party SDKs are used. Any information you enter — including health-related data — stays on your device, and, if you turn on sync, in your own private iCloud account. We never receive it.

We, the Developer, collect no personal data whatsoever. Our Apps do not send, transmit, or store on our servers any information that could identify you, including but not limited to:
Some of our Apps let you record personal information for your own use. That information is described in the next section and is never sent to us.
Certain Apps — in particular our health and wellbeing apps — let you record information that may include sensitive or health-related data (for example activity, sleep, mood, symptoms, medications, or body measurements). This data is:
With your explicit permission, some Apps can read data from Apple Health (HealthKit) — such as steps, flights climbed, active energy, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, or body weight. This data is used only on your device to display your own information within the App. It is never transmitted to the Developer, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. You can revoke Health access at any time in the iOS Settings or Health app. Our Apps do not write data to Apple Health unless you explicitly ask them to.
Our Apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or services that could collect data on our behalf. Note: Apple and Google may collect certain technical and diagnostic data as part of operating their platforms (App Store / Google Play), and iCloud storage is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
We receive no data, so we have no data to share, sell, or transfer to any third party. Data you record stays on your device and in your private iCloud.
Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no data at all, our Apps are safe for all ages in that regard.
As we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data you record locally remains until you delete it or uninstall the App; data synced to your iCloud is managed by you through your Apple account.
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your personal data. Since we collect none, there is no personal data held by us to act upon. Data you store locally or in your iCloud is under your own control.
